This practice is called “Salutations for the Morning”.

This brief yet comprehensive practice is designed to increase your flexibility, strength and mental focus ready for the day ahead. 

You’ll start with 4 different types of Salutations to energise and awaken the body, before exploring a selection of standing postures, backbends and a brief Savasana.
