Strong Hips, Healthy Spine

This practice is called “Strong Hips, Healthy Spine”.

When we approach most spinal twists, there is often a relationship between the spine rotating and the outer hip, one that governs the experience of twisting.

In this practice, you’ll release tension whilst creating strength in the outer hips, using that space to explore a range of spinal twists, in both passive ways to help gently stimulate our internal organs, and active ways, to help strengthen the muscles around the spine. These complementary methods work hand-in-hand in supporting the entire body.
