Strengthening Salutations

This practice is called “Strengthening Salutations”. It’s a short, to-the-point practice focussing on controlled movements and skilful transitions to help cultivate strength, stamina and resilience. 

After a brief warm-up, you’ll explore different takes on 4 versions of Sun Salutations, designed to strengthen the entire body, from shoulders to spine to hip joint. This is great for a morning practice or for when you need an energetic boost in the middle of the day.
