Post Run Stretch Down

This practice is called “Post-Run Stretch Down”. The repetitive motion of running works at shortening certain muscle groups, making them tighter and can impact on your ability to train. Yoga can help to improve performance by releasing tension in overworked areas.

This practice is designed to do straight after a run, aimed at easing tension in legs and around the hip joint, helping you to train smarter, prevent injuries and heal faster.

(All Levels, 20 minutes)
