A Gentle Flow

This practice is called “A Gentle Flow”, it’s 30 minutes of mindful movement at an unrushed pace, great for when you’re keen to get onto your mat without being too ambitious.

You’ll move through a selection of seated, standing and finishing postures, tapping into the rhythm of your breath and subtle physical sensations, to help bring calm and clarity to both body and mind.
