This practice is called “A New Year’s Yoga Nidra”.

It’s designed to enter the new year in a way that is calmer, with greater resilience and a healthy outlook. This time of year can be sometimes be difficult for some of us. This practice is aimed at moving you forward, with a heart felt intention, at a pace that suits your needs.

Find a quiet space, cosy up with blankets and be guided through a state between wakefulness and sleeping.
