how to join

  1. Grab your phone, tablet or laptop and download Zoom

  2. Pay the class fee via PayPal or via Monzo - £5 / $10 suggested per class. Please reach out if you’re unable to pay this amount

  3. Get in touch and let me know you’re keen to join in, I’ll send the required info

  4. Roll out your mat, login and you’re good to go
